- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped tomatos
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained

Step 2Mix all ingredients except tomato and spoon into a 9in pie dish and bake for 20 mins

Step 3When cooled to a warm temp sprinkle with tomato and serve w chips and crackers.
