I tried this recipe for a party dip and it was eaten up real quick! If you love kielbasa you'll love this! I found this recipe on a cooking site. Posted by a member named Notyourmomma. The photo is my own.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces kielbasa
  • 8 ounces low fat cream cheese-or regular-softened
  • 1/3 cup fat free sour cream-or regular
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup scallion-chopped

How To Make hot kielbasa dip

  • Step 1
    Rough chop the kielbasa in a food processor.
  • Step 2
    Then add in softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, parmesan and worcestershire sauce. Pulse til well blended.
  • Step 3
    Fold in scallions and pour entire mixture into a 9" pie plate.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Top with more chopped scallions before serving. Serve hot as a dip or spread on crackers.
