I love this recipe 'cause it can be made ahead of time... just chill overnight and simply re-heat when ready to use, serve warm with chips. Enjoy!!

    green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    onion, diced
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese product
  • 1 lb
    cheddar cheese
  • 2 can(s)
    rotell tomatoes

How to Make Hot Cheese Dip


  1. Sauté onions and bell pepper in butter.
  2. Add rotell tomatoes & cook until thickens.
  3. Add cheeses and stir constantly until cheeses are melted. Done! Easy!!
