Ingredients
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 pound velveeta cheese product
- 1 pound cheddar cheese
- 2 cans rotell tomatoes

Step 1Sauté onions and bell pepper in butter.

Step 2Add rotell tomatoes & cook until thickens.

Step 3Add cheeses and stir constantly until cheeses are melted. Done! Easy!!
