I love this recipe 'cause it can be made ahead of time... just chill overnight and simply re-heat when ready to use, serve warm with chips. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese product
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans rotell tomatoes

How To Make hot cheese dip

  • Step 1
    Sauté onions and bell pepper in butter.
  • Step 2
    Add rotell tomatoes & cook until thickens.
  • Step 3
    Add cheeses and stir constantly until cheeses are melted. Done! Easy!!
