    artichoke hearts, canned
  • 16 oz
    spinach, frozen, thawed, drained
  • 1/2 c
    cream cheese, low-fat
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise, light
  • 2 c
    colby jack cheese, low fat
  • 1 pkg
    knorr vegetable soup mix

How to Make Hot Artichoke/Spinach Dip


  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. drain & chop artichoke hearts,add drained spinach mix in all other ingredients except 1/2 cup of colby jack cheese
  3. spray loaf pan with oil, add mixture, then top with remaining 1/2 cup colby jack cheese and bake for 35 minutes serve hot or is great cold the next day
