Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, canned
- 16 ounces spinach, frozen, thawed, drained
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, low-fat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, light
- 2 cups colby jack cheese, low fat
- 1 package knorr vegetable soup mix
How To Make hot artichoke/spinach dip

Step 1preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2drain & chop artichoke hearts,add drained spinach mix in all other ingredients except 1/2 cup of colby jack cheese

Step 3spray loaf pan with oil, add mixture, then top with remaining 1/2 cup colby jack cheese and bake for 35 minutes serve hot or is great cold the next day
