hot artichoke/spinach dip

This is a great dip with tortilla chips or crackers, I prefer tortilla chips!

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, canned
  • 16 ounces spinach, frozen, thawed, drained
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, low-fat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, light
  • 2 cups colby jack cheese, low fat
  • 1 package knorr vegetable soup mix

How To Make hot artichoke/spinach dip

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    drain & chop artichoke hearts,add drained spinach mix in all other ingredients except 1/2 cup of colby jack cheese
  • Step 3
    spray loaf pan with oil, add mixture, then top with remaining 1/2 cup colby jack cheese and bake for 35 minutes serve hot or is great cold the next day
