- 1 to 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 10 ounces box frozen, chopped spinach, thawed & drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 10 ounces jar alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 4 ounces cream cheese

Step 1Drain artichoke hearts and chop into small pieces. Add all ingredients together and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips, carrot sticks, celery sticks, and/or bread.
