Hot and Quick Artichoke Dip

- 1 pkg
- lipton onion soup mix, or savory herb with garlic, or golden onion or onion mushroom soup mix
- 14 oz
- can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 c
- best foods mayonnaise or hellmann's
- 8 oz
- sour cream
- 1 c
- shredded swiss or mozzarella cheese
How to Make Hot and Quick Artichoke Dip
- 1Preheat oven to 350^. In 1 quart casserole, combine all ingredients.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with your favorite dippers.
This can be served cold also. Omit Swiss cheese. Stir in, if desired, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, Do not bake this.
