    packed brown sugar (light or golden)
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • PINCH
    sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract

    MELT BUTTER IN POT, MIX IN BROWN SUGAR, CREAM AND SALT.

    COOK OVER MEDIUM LOW HEAT AND WHISK GENTLY FOR ABOUT 7 MINUTES OR LONGER IF YOU DOUBLED RECIPE

    REMOVE POT FROM HEAT AND ADD VANILLA.

    RETURN TO HEAT FOR ANOTHER MINUTE OR SO TO THICKEN A BIT MORE.

    TAKE OFF STOVE AND POUR INTO A JAR. KEEP IN FRIDG.
