16 ozcream cheese, room temperature
1 jar(s)dried beef, chopped
4 Tbsponion, finely chopped
1 csour cream
4 Tbspgreen bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper
1/2 cpecans, coarsely chopped
·additional pecans for sprinkling on top
·fresh chopped parsley for garnish if desired
How to Make Holiday Appetizer Pie
- Blend together cream cheese and milk. Mix well.
- Stir in dried beef, green pepper and onion.
Mix well. Stir in sour cream and nuts.
- Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Bake at 350-degrees for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Serve hot with crackers.
