pickled pepperoncini peppers
tomato, halved and seeded
each of deli-sliced ham, salami and turkey
each of deli-sliced provolone, american and swiss cheese
extra-virgin olive oil
red pepper flakes
hoagie rolls, cut into pieces, for dipping
How to Make Hoagie Dip
1Chop the onion, pepperoncini, and tomato into bite-size pieces.
3Dice the meats and cheese.
4Combine the chopped vegetables, meats and cheese in a large bowl.
5whisk the mayonnaise, olive oil, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes in a small bowl
6Stir the dressing with the meats, cheese and vegatables.
7Refrigerate until ready to serve.
8Use the hoagie rolls pieces to scoop up the dip. Yummers!
