Very easy & always a hit! Especially with teenagers who are notoriously "picky"! This mixture is also great as a "cheeseburger" on small dinner / cocktail rolls. Put them together & put rolls back in the pan. Freeze until ready to serve. Heat from freezer (covered with foil) @ 325 for 15-20 minutes.

- 1 pound lean ground beef (browned)
- 1 pound velvetta (cubed)
- 8-16 ounces pace picante sauce
- 10 ounces bag of scoops tortilla chips

Step 1Brown ground beef & mix with cubed Vevetta. Add picante sauce & stir. Heat in 1.5 quart crock pot until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips & enjoy!
