I moved to North Carolina from Texas and missed that "Good ol' Tex Mex" guacamole. I felt the need to come up with my own.

How to Make "Good ol' Tex Mex" Guacamole

  1. I found that by using fresh ingredients like cilantro and vidalia onions makes this guacamole the best.
  2. Mash - peeled and pitted avocados, lime juice and whipped cream cheese together until creamy in a medium bowl, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Return a few avocado pits to mixture and refrigerate at least an hour to allow flavors to blend. Then enjoy
