Ingredients

  • 6 large avocados, ripe
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, vidalia, peeled and chopped
  • 3/4 cup salsa, chunky

How To Make "good ol' tex mex" guacamole

  • Step 1
I found that by using fresh ingredients like cilantro and vidalia onions makes this guacamole the best.
  • Step 2
Mash - peeled and pitted avocados, lime juice and whipped cream cheese together until creamy in a medium bowl, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Return a few avocado pits to mixture and refrigerate at least an hour to allow flavors to blend. Then enjoy
