"good ol' tex mex" guacamole
I moved to North Carolina from Texas and missed that "Good ol' Tex Mex" guacamole. I felt the need to come up with my own.

Ingredients
- 6 large avocados, ripe
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, vidalia, peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup salsa, chunky
How To Make "good ol' tex mex" guacamole

Step 1I found that by using fresh ingredients like cilantro and vidalia onions makes this guacamole the best.

Step 2Mash - peeled and pitted avocados, lime juice and whipped cream cheese together until creamy in a medium bowl, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Return a few avocado pits to mixture and refrigerate at least an hour to allow flavors to blend. Then enjoy
