A mild Queso dip, Like at favorite Mexican Restaurant But Gluten free my way.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint half and half
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour or gluten free four
  • 16 ounces block monterey jack cheese(cut up to peaces)
  • 1 can old elpaso chopped peeled green chiles
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch ground chipotle pepper
  • 1 stick butter

How To Make gluten free mild queso(white cheese) sauce or dip

  • Step 1
    Melt butter over medium heat till melted add 2 Tbsp of rice flour to make Rue.
  • Step 2
    Add Spices to rue. Add Half and Half and Chopped green chilies. Add cheese slowly stiring at all times.
  • Step 3
    Turn heat off once thicken the way you want it. Add more spices if needed if you like more spice.
  • Step 4
    Enjoy !!
