Ingredients
- 1 pint half and half
- 2 tablespoons rice flour or gluten free four
- 16 ounces block monterey jack cheese(cut up to peaces)
- 1 can old elpaso chopped peeled green chiles
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch ground chipotle pepper
- 1 stick butter
How To Make gluten free mild queso(white cheese) sauce or dip

Step 1Melt butter over medium heat till melted add 2 Tbsp of rice flour to make Rue.

Step 2Add Spices to rue. Add Half and Half and Chopped green chilies. Add cheese slowly stiring at all times.

Step 3Turn heat off once thicken the way you want it. Add more spices if needed if you like more spice.
