ginger's cheese dip

My best friend came up with this one day while just combining some ingredient we really like to create something we could sit in front of the tv with.

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 pound frozen shrimp, peeled & deviened
- 1 - green bell pepper
- 1 - red bell pepper
- 1 - onion
- 2 jars tostitos monterey queso dip
- 2 cans mushrooms, drained
How To Make ginger's cheese dip

Step 1Slice the onion, bell peppers. Slice the chicken into bite size chunks.

Step 2Add chicken & peppers/onions/mushrooms to a non-stick pot with just enough oil to prevent sticking and saute till veggies are almost tender then add shimp (they won't take but a few minutes to turn pink).

Step 3Remove from heat & stir in cheese dip.

Step 4We usually each bring our own bag of tortilla chips, rent some movies and veg out in front of the tv with a big bowl of this and have girls night in.

Step 5** Warning there may be margaritas involved ** lol
