4 1/2 tsp
lemon juice
1/4 c
olive oil
1/4 tsp

How to Make Garlic-Onion Bean Dip


  • 1Saute garlic and onion in one teaspoon of olive oil.
  • 2Please beans, garlic and onion in a food processor.
  • 3Add remaining ingredients.
  • 4Process until well blended but not entirely smooth.
  • 5Serve with wheat crackers or assorted vegetables.
