Ingredients
- 3 heads - garlic
- - olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
- 1 teaspoon sage, dried
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make garlic herb dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2Halve the 3 heads of garlic crosswise. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil & roast for 40 minutes.

Step 3In a large bowl, squeeze out the pulp of garlic; mix with mayo, sour cream, zest, juice, sage, parsley & salt; mix well.

Step 4NOTE: When substituting with plain yogurt, only sub either the mayo or sour cream but not both. You still want a little flavor.
