Ingredients

  • 3 heads - garlic
  • - olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon sage, dried
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make garlic herb dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Halve the 3 heads of garlic crosswise. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil & roast for 40 minutes.
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl, squeeze out the pulp of garlic; mix with mayo, sour cream, zest, juice, sage, parsley & salt; mix well.
  • Step 4
    NOTE: When substituting with plain yogurt, only sub either the mayo or sour cream but not both. You still want a little flavor.
