garlic dip
(1 RATING)
My aunt made this dip when I was little. She told me that I liked it even before the age of 2. Of all the dips this is my favorite and am always asked to bring it to parties.

Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese (8oz.) room temperature
- 1 package cottage cheese (16oz.)
- 4-6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1-3 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1-3 tablespoon soy sauce
- - enough milk to thin to desired consistency
How To Make garlic dip
-
Step 1In a large mixing bowl or KitchenAid mixer, blend the cream cheese and cottage cheese until creamy. While mixing, add crushed garlic, seasoning salt, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Other than the cottage cheese and cream cheese you can add the other ingredients to your specific taste. Thin with milk to dip consistency.
-
Step 2Dip is best if refrigerated over night for flavors to blend and it will also thicken. I prefer Wavy Lays for dipping.
