I have probably made this recipe over 50 times. It is the perfect appetizer for a small gathering. It is always one of the first dishes to go! Very easy and also really great to eat mindlessly while watching TV, lol...

  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    crushed dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    pizza sauce
  • 3/4 c
    chopped pepperoni
  • 1/4 c
    sliced scallion
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make Fun Pizza Dip


  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, red pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Spread evenly in a 9-inch pie plate (preferably glass or stoneware).
  3. Spread pizza sauce on top.
  4. Then sprinkle pepperoni, green scallion, and green pepper.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Top with cheese. Then bake for 10-15 minutes more or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling lightly and heated through. Serve with Ritz crackers.
