I found this in one of my cookbooks and made it for a few get-togethers and potlucks.

container soft cream cheese with pineapple
(1 1/2 c.) shredded swiss cheese
sweetened dried cranberries
grated orange zest
dry sherry or apple juice
How To Make
Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread in an ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Bake for about 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serve with apple and pear wedges and assorted crackers.
