I found this in one of my cookbooks and made it for a few get-togethers and potlucks.

Makes 1 3/4 cups.

8 oz
container soft cream cheese with pineapple
6 oz
(1 1/2 c.) shredded swiss cheese
1/2 c
sweetened dried cranberries
1 Tbsp
grated orange zest
2 Tbsp
dry sherry or apple juice

How to Make Fruited Swiss Dip


  • 1Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread in an ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Bake for about 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • 2Serve with apple and pear wedges and assorted crackers.
