Fiesta Dip

Heather Michele Miller-Lamantia

I serve this a lot for picnics, parties, you name it! It is so simple and everyone loves it. I often double the recipe because it disappears so quickly! If you use nacho cheese soup it will give you a bit more bite, I prefer cheddar and let the salsa give it a kick. You can really make this your own. Try it with some chopped green chilis in the refried beans if you like spice!

1 can(s)
refried beans
1 can(s)
cheddar cheese soup or nacho cheese soup
1 jar(s)
sour cream
1 bag(s)
tortilla chips

1In a microwave-safe dish spread the refried beans evenly over the bottom of the dish.
2On top of the refried bean layer, spread the soup evenly on top of the beans.
3Microwave the refried beans and cheese soup until hot, about 3 to 5 minutes depending on your microwave.
4Pour the salsa over top of the soup and spread evenly. Heat this for a few seconds if you want the salsa warm.
5Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
