I serve this a lot for picnics, parties, you name it! It is so simple and everyone loves it. I often double the recipe because it disappears so quickly! If you use nacho cheese soup it will give you a bit more bite, I prefer cheddar and let the salsa give it a kick. You can really make this your own. Try it with some chopped green chilis in the refried beans if you like spice!

Ingredients For fiesta dip

  • 1 can
    refried beans
  • 1 can
    cheddar cheese soup or nacho cheese soup
  • 1 jar
    salsa
  • 1
    sour cream
  • 1 bag
    tortilla chips

How To Make fiesta dip

    In a microwave-safe dish spread the refried beans evenly over the bottom of the dish.

    On top of the refried bean layer, spread the soup evenly on top of the beans.

    Microwave the refried beans and cheese soup until hot, about 3 to 5 minutes depending on your microwave.

    Pour the salsa over top of the soup and spread evenly. Heat this for a few seconds if you want the salsa warm.

    Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
