This dip is so addictive. Make sure you have plenty of tortilla chips on hand because you just can't stop! If you can't find the Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch dip mix, you can substitute 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix and 1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix. I've tried this in a pinch and it works very well.

Ingredients
- 1 package hidden valley fiesta ranch dip mix
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup salsa of your choice
- 3-4 - green onions - sliced with some greens
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Step 1Mix all ingredients well. Store in airtight container and refridgerate for 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
