  • 1 pkg
    8 ounce cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • half c
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can(s)
    brown sugar pork and beans
  • 1 pkg
    8 ounces shredded colbeyand monterey jack cheese, divided
  • 1 can(s)
    4.5 ounce can chopped green chiles, drained

How to Make Fiesta Bean and Cheese dip


  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. In a large bowl, mix together Cream Cheese, Ketchup and Taco Seasoning mix until smooth. Stir in Beans, 1 and 1/2 cups of cheese blend and Chiles. Pour into a greased 1 and 1/2 quart baking dish. Spead remaining 1/2 cup of cheese blend evenly on top.
  3. Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve warm.
  4. Beware causes an extreme lighthearted atmosphere!! :)
