Fiesta Bean and Cheese dip
1 pkg8 ounce cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
1 can(s)brown sugar pork and beans
1 pkg8 ounces shredded colbeyand monterey jack cheese, divided
1 can(s)4.5 ounce can chopped green chiles, drained
How to Make Fiesta Bean and Cheese dip
- Preheat oven to 425F
- In a large bowl, mix together Cream Cheese, Ketchup and Taco Seasoning mix until smooth. Stir in Beans, 1 and 1/2 cups of cheese blend and Chiles. Pour into a greased 1 and 1/2 quart baking dish. Spead remaining 1/2 cup of cheese blend evenly on top.
- Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve warm.
- Beware causes an extreme lighthearted atmosphere!! :)
