fiesta bean and cheese dip

My Grandkids love this never lasts long. Gone as quick as it is to make! :)

yield makes about 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 package 8 ounce cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • half cup ketchup
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can brown sugar pork and beans
  • 1 package 8 ounces shredded colbeyand monterey jack cheese, divided
  • 1 can 4.5 ounce can chopped green chiles, drained

How To Make fiesta bean and cheese dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425F
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, mix together Cream Cheese, Ketchup and Taco Seasoning mix until smooth. Stir in Beans, 1 and 1/2 cups of cheese blend and Chiles. Pour into a greased 1 and 1/2 quart baking dish. Spead remaining 1/2 cup of cheese blend evenly on top.
  • Step 3
    Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve warm.
  • Step 4
    Beware causes an extreme lighthearted atmosphere!! :)
