How to Make Feta Cheese Spinach Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Put the cheeses into a blender, and mash mixture down.
  2. Add just enough milk so that they blend well.
  3. Then, add the spinach in small clumps, blending after each addition.
  4. Pour the cheese mix into a medium saucepan.
  5. Mix the remaining ingredients in.
  6. Add milk to taste.
  7. Bring it slow boil, and cook until slightly thickened--mixture will thicken as it cools.
  8. Eat with dipping chips, tortilla chips or french bread.
