Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 10 ounces feta cheese
- 10 ounces spinach, fresh
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 - onion, finely chopped
- 5 - garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
How To Make feta cheese spinach dip

Step 1Put the cheeses into a blender, and mash mixture down.

Step 2Add just enough milk so that they blend well.

Step 3Then, add the spinach in small clumps, blending after each addition.

Step 4Pour the cheese mix into a medium saucepan.

Step 5Mix the remaining ingredients in.

Step 6Add milk to taste.

Step 7Bring it slow boil, and cook until slightly thickened--mixture will thicken as it cools.

Step 8Eat with dipping chips, tortilla chips or french bread.
