/ Cheese Appetizers
1Put the cheeses into a blender, and mash them down.
2Add just enough milk so that the cheeses blend well.
3Add spinach in small clumps until the whole bunch is gone.
4Add onion and garlic and then pour the mix into a medium saucepan.
5Mix in the remaining ingredients, adding milk to taste.
6Bring mixture to a slow boil--mixture will thicken as it cools.
7Serve with dippin' chips, Tortilla chips, or on French bread.
