Ingredients
- 1 package artichoke hearts, frozen
- 1/4 teaspoon herbs, italian
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 - onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup herbs, italian
- 1 package mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, fat-free
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise, fat-free
- 2 teaspoons sour cream, fat-free
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
How To Make fabulous artichoke dip/filling

Step 1Marinate artichoke hearts with italian herbs, olive oil and some balsamic vinegar.

Step 2Leave out the olive oil to be ultra low-fat.

Step 3Stir artichoke hearts and add the rest of ingredients.

Step 4Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes in a casserole dish.
