Wanted a quick easy dip. I even put it on my toast for breakfast, but I like jalapenos. You can use it on anything. My mother eats it with a spoon, nothing else. She is 84:)

- 1 stick oleo
- 2-8oz packages philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 sm can white shoepeg corn - drained
- - jalapenos to your taste
How To Make easy mexican dip

Step 1put oleo, phila cream cheese, shoepeg corn in small crock pot. Once melted together add chopped jalapeno to taste. (fresh or from a jar.) Use chips or crackers. mmmmmmmm good.
