This recipe is addictive. I only seem to make it when I am taking it somewhere so that I don't eat the WHOLE bowl! Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package hidden valley ranch dip mix
  • 1 - red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 ounces can chopped green chilies
  • 4 ounces can sliced black olives, drained

How To Make easy mexican dip

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together until well blended and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Step 2
    Serve with tortilla chips.
