This is a cool and refreshing snack. I made it a lot in the summer. When guest would come by to swim in our pool it was nice to have on hand for a little afternoon treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 oz
    bricks of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp
    horseradish
  • 1 dash(es)
    tobasco sauce
  • 3/4 c
    finely minced and seeded cucumber

How to Make Cucumber Dill Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add lemon juice, onion, dill weed, horseradish and tobasco. Fold in cucumbers. Chill. Serve with triscuits, crackers or vegetables.
