cucumber dill dip
This is a cool and refreshing snack. I made it a lot in the summer. When guest would come by to swim in our pool it was nice to have on hand for a little afternoon treat.

Ingredients
- 2 - 8 ounces bricks of cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 dash tobasco sauce
- 3/4 cup finely minced and seeded cucumber
How To Make cucumber dill dip

Step 1Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add lemon juice, onion, dill weed, horseradish and tobasco. Fold in cucumbers. Chill. Serve with triscuits, crackers or vegetables.
