Ingredients For crudite dip

18 oz carton sour cream

1 cmayonnaise

1/2 cchopped fresh parsley

3 Tbspminced fresh chives

1 tsplemon juice

1/4 tspsalt

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 lgcabbage

How To Make crudite dip

1Combine sour cream, mayo, 1/2 cup parsley, chives, lemon juice, salt, and garlic. Mix well. Allow dip mixture to chill thouroughly.

2Trim and hollow out cabbage into form of bowl. Spoon chilled dip into cavity of cabbage and sprinkle top of dip with chopped parsley. Serve dip with snow peas, green onion fans, blanched asparagus, broccoli, or carrots.
