Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz carton sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 large cabbage

How To Make crudite dip

Step 1Combine sour cream, mayo, 1/2 cup parsley, chives, lemon juice, salt, and garlic. Mix well. Allow dip mixture to chill thouroughly.

Step 2Trim and hollow out cabbage into form of bowl. Spoon chilled dip into cavity of cabbage and sprinkle top of dip with chopped parsley. Serve dip with snow peas, green onion fans, blanched asparagus, broccoli, or carrots.
