  • 2/3 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

  • 1 - each red, green, yellow bell peppers, seeded & chopped

  • 1 - anahiem pepper, seeded & chopped
  • 2 - banana pepper, seeded & chopped
  • 1 large white onion, chopped
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • - salt to taste

How To Make crockpot salsa

  • Step 1
Combine all in a 6 quart slow cooker(Slow cooker liner recommended!!)
  • Step 2
Toss gently and set to low
  • Step 3
    Cook for 4-6 hours
  • Step 4
I run my immersion blender through it to break up the large chunks.
  • Step 5
Ladle into clean pint jars(you can do quarts, I prefer pints) and can with your preferred method!! I got 5 and 1/2 pint jars
  • Step 6
***Tomato Peeling Tip: Place the tomatoes in boiling water for 45 seconds, then remove and immediately place in ice water. Proceed with peeling and watch those skins slip right off!
