How to Make crockpot salsa

  1. Combine all in a 6 quart slow cooker(Slow cooker liner recommended!!)
  2. Toss gently and set to low
  3. Cook for 4-6 hours
  4. I run my immersion blender through it to break up the large chunks.
  5. Ladle into clean pint jars(you can do quarts, I prefer pints) and can with your preferred method!!
    I got 5 and 1/2 pint jars
  6. ***Tomato Peeling Tip:
Place the tomatoes in boiling water for 45 seconds, then remove and immediately place in ice water.
Proceed with peeling and watch those skins slip right off!
