    ripe avocados
  • 1/2 large
    lime, freshly squeezed
  • 4 large
    cloves garlic, pressed
  • 3 Tbsp
    red onions, minced
  • 1/3 c
    red peppers, minced
  • ·
    freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
  • ·
    hot sauce such as cholula®, to taste
  • 250 ml
    light sour cream

How to Make Creamy Spicy Guacamole


  1. Mash the avocados in a shallow bowl. Add the rest of the ingredient. Taste and adjust if necessary. Serve it with corn tortilla chips.
