How to Make creamy garlic cucumber dip
- Blend cream cheese and sour cream till well blended. Add seasonings. Mix well.
- Fold in onions and cucumbers. Refriderate at least 2 hours before serving. I found that it taste better and will thicken if refridgerated over night.
- Serve with fresh veges, chips, or crackers. I have served it on a cucumber slice. its elegant and makes for a nice appeititzer.
