Give me a bowl of chips and some warm dip and a good game!!! This dip is a staple at our house for that big game!! Hot and spicy so have your beer ready to wash it down!

Ingredients
- 1 pound chorizo (mexican sausage, mild or medium)
- 1 package softened cream cheese, 8 oz
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo sauce or chipotle tabasco (i usually use 4 oz each)
How To Make creamy chorizo dip

Step 1Cook chorizo in skillet until no longer pink (if you haven't worked with chorizo, be sure to remove the casing..I basically squeeze it into the pan out of the package. it will cook the same way ground meat cooks). Drain

Step 2place chorizo, and all ingredients back into the skillet and continuously stir until cheese is all melted and everything is mixed together.

Step 3Serve warm with tortilla chips!
