Creamy Chorizo Dip

Ingredients

1 lbchorizo (mexican sausage, mild or medium)

1 pkgsoftened cream cheese, 8 oz

4 clovegarlic, minced (optional)

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 cbuffalo sauce or chipotle tabasco (i usually use 4 oz each)
How to Make Creamy Chorizo Dip
- Cook chorizo in skillet until no longer pink (if you haven't worked with chorizo, be sure to remove the casing..I basically squeeze it into the pan out of the package. it will cook the same way ground meat cooks). Drain
- place chorizo, and all ingredients back into the skillet and continuously stir until cheese is all melted and everything is mixed together.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips!
