This is a dip I made for a cinco de mayo party and everyone loved it! They couldn't stop eating it!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces lite cream cheese - softened
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers - shredded
- 3/4 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 cans 15 oz. each blackbeans - drained and rinsed
- 16 ounces mild salsa
- 2 - green onions - chopped
- - tortilla chips
How To Make creamy blackbean dip

Step 1Put all ingredients except the green onions, into a food processor and process til smooth.

Step 2Pour into a microwave safe dish.

Step 3Microwave on high for about 2 minutes.

Step 4Stir well and microwave for another 2 minutes or til heated through.

Step 5Stir again.

Step 6Sprinkle the top with chopped green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips.
