This is a great crab dip served in mini phyllo cups. Makes a wonderful appetizer!

Ingredients For crab dip in phyllo cups

  • 1 box
    frozen mini phyllo cups, thawed and cooked as directed
  • 1
    6 oz can crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 1/2 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp
    dried dillweed
  • 1 tsp
    lemon peel
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 dash
    hot pepper sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste.

How To Make crab dip in phyllo cups

  • 1
    In lg bowl, stir together crab, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion, dillweed, lemon peel, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.

    Season w/ salt and pepper. Cover, chill 2 hrs. Fill phyllo cups evenly w/ dip. Bake at 350 for 5 mins, or until heated through.
