This is a great crab dip served in mini phyllo cups. Makes a wonderful appetizer!

  • 1 box
    frozen mini phyllo cups, thawed and cooked as directed
  • 1
    6 oz can crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 1/2 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp
    dried dillweed
  • 1 tsp
    lemon peel
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 dash(es)
    hot pepper sauce
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste.

How to Make Crab dip in phyllo cups


  1. In lg bowl, stir together crab, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion, dillweed, lemon peel, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Season w/ salt and pepper. Cover, chill 2 hrs. Fill phyllo cups evenly w/ dip. Bake at 350 for 5 mins, or until heated through.
