    mexican style corn
  • 1 can(s)
    green chiles, chopped 4 oz can
  • 1 can(s)
    jalapeno peppers, chopped partially drained, 6 oz can
  • 3/4 c
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    mexican 4 cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c
    green onions, thinly sliced (about 4)

How to Make Corn Dip I


  1. Mix all together in a large bowl.
  2. Chill covered overnight or several hours. The longer it chills the more the flavors blend.
  3. Serve with Frito scoops or your favorite corn chip.
