Ingredients

  • 2 cans mexican style corn
  • 1 can green chiles, chopped 4 oz can
  • 1 can jalapeno peppers, chopped partially drained, 6 oz can
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mexican 4 cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced (about 4)

How To Make corn dip i

  • Step 1
    Mix all together in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Chill covered overnight or several hours. The longer it chills the more the flavors blend.
  • Step 3
    Serve with Frito scoops or your favorite corn chip.
