This is a cool, refreshing dip that can be served anytime. Serve with chips, crackers or sliced vegetables. I like it best with Frito Scoops.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans Mexi-corn, drained
  • 1 can green chiles, chopped
  • 5 - green onions, chopped
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 - jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

How To Make corn dip

  • Step 1
    In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
