Ok, so who DOESN'T love Olive Garden's Alfredo sauce? I know I LOVE this stuff. It's a versatile and decadent sauce for the base of MANY pasta dishes. It's also good just to dip hot breadsticks into. Man, I'm hungry now.

- 1 - pint heavy cream
- 1/2 - cup (1 stick) butter
- 2 tablespoons ( 1 oz) cream cheese
- 3/4 - cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
