    ( 8 oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2/3 c
    sour cream
  • 1/3 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 2 c
    cooked and chopped chicken
  • 2 c
    8 oz shredded colby-jack cheese blend
  • 1
    ( 4 oz ) can of green chiles
  • 4
    fresh green onion, finely chopped
  • 2
    jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh cilantro
  • ·
    tortilla and sweet potato chips

How to Make Colby-Pepper Jack Cheese Dip


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Stir together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in chicken and next 5 ingredients until blended. Spoon cheese mixture into a lightly greased 8 inch square baking pan.
  2. 2.Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until bubbly. Spoon into a serving bow. Serve with Tortilla and sweet potato chips.
