This recipe is amazing with any types of fruit! Plus coconut is very healthy for you! It's a win-win! (you can use yogurt or fat free sour cream instead of reg. sour cream) The coconut flavor with your favorite fruit is very refreshing.. just sit back, enjoy and pretend you're on a tropical island! ;-)

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream (8 oz)
- 1 can cream de coconut
How To Make coconut fruit dip

Step 1Mix sour cream (can use unflavored yogurt if you prefer) and can of cream de coconut. Use a whisk or electric mixer.

Step 2Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or until it is firm)

Step 3Cut fruit (watermelon, honeydew, strawberries, grapes etc) into pieces (or a fun way.. make a skewer) and sit back and enjoy!!
