Coconut Fruit Dip
The coconut flavor with your favorite fruit is very refreshing.. just sit back, enjoy and pretend you're on a tropical island! ;-)
How to Make Coconut Fruit Dip
- Mix sour cream (can use unflavored yogurt if you prefer) and can of cream de coconut. Use a whisk or electric mixer.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or until it is firm)
- Cut fruit (watermelon, honeydew, strawberries, grapes etc) into pieces (or a fun way.. make a skewer) and sit back and enjoy!!
