Notes from the Test Kitchen:
Everyone is a winner when you serve this amazing layered dip at your next party. Adding smoked turkey to mock the flavors of a club sandwich is genius. If you love a club sandwich, you'll love this easy recipe. Let's be honest... sprinkling cheese and bacon on top of a dip is never a bad thing.

1 c
sour cream
1 c
Hellman's mayo
1 lb
bacon, cooked and crumbled ( save some for garnish)
plum tomatoes diced (save some for garnish)
green onions diced ( save some green top for garnish)
1 c
colby / jack cheese shredded ( save some for garnish)
2 tsp
ranch dressing powder
6 slice
deli smoked turkey sliced in small bite size cubes ( save some for garnish)
1 bag(s)
shredded lettuce, 8 oz.
1 box
pretzel crackers (Flips)

1Start by mixing the sour cream and mayo with the ranch powder together and set aside to blend.
2Cook and crumble bacon.
3Prep all other ingredients and you're ready to assemble.
4Pour mayo mix in a 9x13 pretty dish or cake pan.
5Start layering in order shredded lettuce. Pepper this layer.
6Lightly add onion.
7Next turkey and bacon.
8Next layer tomatoes.
9Next layer cheese. Garnish pretty and you are ready to serve. I did not use any salt because the bacon and chips added enough for me.
