chuy's creamy jalapeño dip

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley
• 1 teaspoon garlic granules
• 1 tablespoon dill
• 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
• 1/2 tablespoon salt (or to taste)
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 medium jalapeño with seeds (if you're a wimp like me take seeds out of both!)
• 1 medium jalapeño, seeds and membranes removed
• 1/2 - lime, juice of
• 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
• 1/2 bunch cilantro, stems removed
