Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium jalapeño with seeds (if you're a wimp like me take seeds out of both!)
- 1 medium jalapeño, seeds and membranes removed
- 1/2 - lime, juice of
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, stems removed
