This is a change from the tried and true velveeta Rotel dip most of us have had, I like this one better..because I love cream cheese! This one seems lighter and more creamy.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground chuck
- 1/2 package sausage (the kind you make patties with)
- 1 can rotel (tomatos and peppers diced in can)
- 2 packages cream cheese
How To Make yummy cream cheese, rotel dip

Step 1Brown ground beef and sausage together till done, crumble while cooking so you don't have large chunks.Drain

Step 2add rotel (undrained) and cream cheese and cook on slow heat till melted...serve warm (can put in crock pot)

Step 3Serve with tortila chips! Enjoy
