Ingredients
- 1/2 pound chorizo casings removed
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 - jalapenos seeded and diced
- 1 medium tomato seeded and diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 8 ounces white american cheese shredded or any white melty cheese like monterey jack or mexican cheeses
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
How To Make chorizo queso cheese dip

Step 1Cook the chorizo in a pan over medium heat breaking it up. Drain Add the onion, jalapenos tomato and garlic. Cook until onions are tender. Add the tequila and cook until most of the moisture is gone.
