Ingredients
- 1/3 pound chirizo
- 1 pound velvetta, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup light beer
- 1 can rotel
How To Make chirizo beer cheese

Step 1Cook chorizo in skillet on medium-high heat until done.

Step 2Meanwhile, microwave velveeta and beer in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH until cheese is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.

Step 3Drain chirizo and canned rotel. Stir into cheese and beer mixture.
