How to Make Chirizo Beer Cheese
1Cook chorizo in skillet on medium-high heat until done.
2Meanwhile, microwave velveeta and beer in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH until cheese is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
3Drain chirizo and canned rotel. Stir into cheese and beer mixture.
