Everyone loves thisand it is great served with not only tortilla chips but great with fresh veggies like baby carrots, broccoli, and small colorful peppers.

  • 33 oz
    real mayonnaise
  • 4 large
    cloves of garlic put through press
  • 1/4 c
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 7 oz
    can of chili peppers in adobe sauce
  • 2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How to Make Chiptole Sauce


  1. In large bowl empty whole jar of Mayonnaise into bowl
  2. Add garlic cloves
  3. Add in Lime Juice and Dijon Mustard
  4. In a separate bowl or food processor empty 7oz cn of Chili peppers and puree
  5. Add this to the rest of the mix and blend all well wuth a spatual or wooden spoon
  6. Then fold in the 2 cups of shredded Cheese
  7. Place n fridge over night and serve the next day with chips or fresh veggies
