Everyone loves thisand it is great served with not only tortilla chips but great with fresh veggies like baby carrots, broccoli, and small colorful peppers.

Ingredients

  • 33 ounces real mayonnaise
  • 4 large cloves of garlic put through press
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 7 ounces can of chili peppers in adobe sauce
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make chiptole sauce

  • Step 1
    In large bowl empty whole jar of Mayonnaise into bowl
  • Step 2
    Add garlic cloves
  • Step 3
    Add in Lime Juice and Dijon Mustard
  • Step 4
    In a separate bowl or food processor empty 7oz cn of Chili peppers and puree
  • Step 5
    Add this to the rest of the mix and blend all well wuth a spatual or wooden spoon
  • Step 6
    Then fold in the 2 cups of shredded Cheese
  • Step 7
    Place n fridge over night and serve the next day with chips or fresh veggies
