Ingredients
- 33 ounces real mayonnaise
- 4 large cloves of garlic put through press
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 7 ounces can of chili peppers in adobe sauce
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make chiptole sauce

Step 1In large bowl empty whole jar of Mayonnaise into bowl

Step 2Add garlic cloves

Step 3Add in Lime Juice and Dijon Mustard

Step 4In a separate bowl or food processor empty 7oz cn of Chili peppers and puree

Step 5Add this to the rest of the mix and blend all well wuth a spatual or wooden spoon

Step 6Then fold in the 2 cups of shredded Cheese

Step 7Place n fridge over night and serve the next day with chips or fresh veggies
