Ingredients
- 2 packages 8oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 medium chopped green pepper
- 1 jar sliced dried beef (armours)
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make chipped beef dip

Step 1Place cream cheese in a 1-quart casserole, microwave at High 1 minute. Stirring after 30 seconds. Stir until cream cheese is smooth and creamy. Stir in milk and next 5 ingredients mixing well. Spread mixture evenly in a 9 inch pie plate. Set Aside

Step 2Place butter in a 1 cup glass measure, microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until melted. Toss pecans with butter, sprinkle evenly over cream cheese mixture. Microwave at Medium (50% power) 7 to 8 minutes, giving dish a quarter turn after 4 minutes. Let it stand 5 minutes. Serve with Unsalted Crackers. Yields 4 cups.
