My friend served this at a party she hosted. This should be named "Lick The Bowl Clean Bacon-Cheese Dip". This would also be great with Pepper Jack cheese.

- - 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- - 2 (8oz.) packages shredded cheddar cheese
- - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- - 2 cups mayonnaise
- - 1 onion, chopped

Step 1In large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with favorite crackers.
