Turned out to be a great gift at Christmas. You can drizzle it over pasta, pizza, brush it on grilled meats, add some to your favorite dishes! I make a double batch when I use it for gifts.

method Stove Top

  • 1 c
    peanut oil
  • 6 Tbsp
    chopped, dried red chilies
  • 2-3 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 2-3
    whole red chilies

How To Make

In a skillet, mix 1C. peanut oil and 6Tbs. dried red chilies. Cook 10 minutes over very low heat. Allow to cool.
