Everyone loves this dish because it is so easy to make and tastes really good. It is also good re-heated.

  • 1 small can(s)
    diced green chili's
  • 1 8oz pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 8oz pkg
    shredded cheese (chedder or taco)
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced jalapenos
  • 1 1lb pkg
    chicken breast strips boneless and skinless
  • 1 c
  • 1 pkg
    tortilla chips

How to Make Chicken Dip


  1. Place chicken strips in pot and boil until done, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain chicken and shred into large mixing bowl.
  3. Add cream cheese, shredded cheese, chili's, jalapenos, and mayonaise to chicken.
  4. Mix well, just like making a meatloaf. Spread into 10x13 baking dish. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
